Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, cost estimates, and budget planning; submit tenders within specified deadlines and attend tender interviews as needed.
-Handle monthly progress claims, manage variation orders, finalize accounts, and prepare payment certificates for projects.
-Draft and issue Letters of Award/Appointment for subcontractors.
-Source, negotiate, and shortlist subcontractors and suppliers for current and upcoming projects.
-Attend site meetings, perform site valuations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-Maintain thorough records of contract documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
-Prepare monthly progress reports and support final account documentation.
-Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and project efficiency.
-Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.


Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional languages such as Mandarin considered a plus.
-1–2 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably with an Interior Design background or equivalent experience.
-Proficient in MS Excel, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and negotiation abilities.
-Strong project coordination and time management.
-Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
-Experience in contract law or related certifications is an advantage.
