Responsibilities:
-Provide troubleshooting and technical support for network administration and IT systems.
-Assist with sales applications, including Distribution Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) mobile applications.
-Deliver immediate phone support to distributors for system-related issues.
-Manage and maintain IT assets, including system reporting.
-Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely and effective hardware and software support through strong problem-solving skills.
-Collaborate on IT projects to enhance organizational efficiency and value.


Requirements:
-Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Exposure in managing Distribution Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
-Experienced in Active Directory, MS Exchange Server, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
-Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as you will need to support mandarin speaking clients.
-Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.
-Willing and able to travel in a personal vehicle.
