Role Overview:

Part of the regional creative team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

To conceptualize, design and produce all creative assets for Decathlon Malaysia and Singapore

You will be acting as a visual brand guardian, to ensure creativity and high quality execution across all touchpoints


Profile
Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English(written and spoken) are essential. Other languages are a plus

Degree Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts, Design, Media, Visual Arts, Visual Communication or related field

Proven 3-5 years experience on the role

Huge sense of service & user-obsessed, and a strong understanding of local markets

Excellent at articulating design choices and creative vision to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

A passion for staying ahead of design trends and continuously innovating, while maintaining brand consistency

Strong team spirit with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, especially when managing projects with external agencies or teams

A positive attitude everyday and proactive approach to identifying challenges and coming up with creative solution

A strong team spirit and like to win as a team
