Job description :
-Responsible to assist teams in managing resources and information , to handle departs scheduling and planning meetings and activities.
-Coordinating and arranging works internally with inter-departmental and externally with clients, suppliers.
-Perform administrative duties such as filing, checking of documents, generating reports, etc.
-To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
-Issue Quotation, Invoice and D/O
-Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed
-Organizing and attending meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes

Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
-Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS World, Power Point, UBS System
-Candidate will act as a Admin for this job position.
-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
