What you'll be doing
-Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
-Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
-Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales consultants to improve performance.
-Monitor and oversee the sales team’s social media marketing activities to ensure alignment with company branding and sales goals.

What we're looking for
-Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (minimum 3-5 years)
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a sales team
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Result-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
