Responsibilities
-Achieve company targets for agency distribution by developing and maintaining positive relationships with the agency force and overseeing effective sales campaigns.
-Monitor and analyze agency sales performance through detailed reports, providing necessary support and training to ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
-Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance recruitment processes and plan agency meetings to address important issues and updates.

Qualifications:
-Knowledge in life insurance. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proficient in Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage to effectively engage with our Chinese-speaking clientele.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with the agency force.
-Strong analytical and reporting skills.
