Your scope
-Manage, organize and maintain all projects-related documentation (i.e. drawings, method statements, minutes of meeting, correspondences), material delivery notes, and inspection forms for easy accessibility by project team.
-Support coordination of site logistics such as equipment deliveries, visitor access, accommodation, and staff mobilization
-Coordinate timesheets, leave records, and claims for site personnel in collaboration with HR and HQ
-Serve as the primary point of contact for site-based administrative matters between HQ, HR and site personnel
-Maintain inventory records for site supplies and office consumables
-Assist the project and construction team in day-to-day coordination and record-keeping tasks as needed


Requirements:
-Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
-Minimum two (2) years of experience in a site-based administrative role within construction projects
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document control systems is an advantage
-Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Proactive and independent, with the ability to work well in a site environment.
