What you'll be doing
-Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source and screen high-caliber candidates
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for positions such as software engineers, QA testers, DevOps specialists, and system administrators.
-Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with our company culture and values
-Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
-Providing a seamless candidate experience through regular communication and feedback
-Collecting and analysing recruitment data to identify trends and improve the overall hiring process
-Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices


What we're looking for
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
-3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within technology, digital, or platform-based industries.
-Proven success in hiring technical roles (software engineers, system developers, data engineers, etc.).
-Excellent command of Mandarin and English — both written and spoken — for regional communication and candidate engagement.
-Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive, resourceful, and data-driven, with a passion for finding and nurturing great talent.
-Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, or other regional job portals.
