Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
-Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital).
-Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
-Handle correspondence via email, phone, and whatsapp.

Membership Services:
-Manage membership databases, process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations.
-Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
-Prepare and distribute membership communication, including newsletters and updates.

Event Coordination:
-Assist in planning, organizing, and executing association events (e.g., conferences, seminars, webinars).
-Handle event logistics such as registrations, venues, materials, and follow-ups.

Finance & Reporting:
-Support basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, payment processing).
-Assist in preparing financial and activity reports for the board and members.

Communication & Outreach:
-Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders as needed.
