What you'll be doing
-Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document management, and general office organisation
-Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
-Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
-Performing various clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and maintaining electronic and physical records
-Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the interior design or related industry
-Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
