What you'll be doing
-Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base
-Engaging in proactive sales outreach through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
-Providing excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and building long-term relationships
-Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns
-Attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and identify new business opportunities
-Analysing sales data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
-Contributing to the development of new product and service offerings that meet customer needs

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the interior design or related industry. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
-Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software, social media platforms, and presentation software
-Adaptable and innovative, with the ability to think creatively to solve problems and identify new opportunities
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making
-Passion for the interior design industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
