Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Content Creation (In-house)
-Design marketing materials, brochures, leaflets, event banners, and promotional content.
-Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
-Work with sales and clinical teams to create visually appealing and informative materials.
-Use software tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms to produce engaging content.

2. Social Media & Community Engagement (In-house)
-Manage and grow the company’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
-Develop and execute engaging content strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
-Create and edit videos, graphics, and written content for digital marketing.
-Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build brand loyalty.
-Identify and collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

3. Webinar & Workshop Coordination
-Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-person and virtual workshop including webinars, workshops, and refresher courses for doctors.
-Assist in collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and professional execution.

4. Other Responsibilities
-Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the company’s success.
-Experience using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and other Google tools is an advantage for form design, registration tracking, and event coordination.


Qualifications & Skills
-1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, event planning, and graphic design.
-Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing trends.
-Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
-Experience with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and other Google tools is a plus.
-Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Experience in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.
-Have cheerful, friendly & polite personality
