Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of telemarketing agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor daily performance metrics (calls, conversions, lead quality) and provide actionable feedback.
Conduct regular training sessions, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching to enhance sales techniques.
Handle escalated customer interactions and ensure professional resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, telemarketing regulations, and quality standards.
Drive team engagement through recognition programs, incentives, and performance challenges.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, campaigns, and lead strategies.
Maintain accurate records of team KPIs, attendance, and development progress.

Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a telemarketing or outbound sales environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing talent.
