ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in month-end closing activities related to product costing.

Maintain timely and accurate updates of system product costs in line with cost standards and costing policies.

Prepare operational reports, transfer pricing calculations, and actual cost computations in a timely manner.

Prepare periodic costing variance reports for manufacturing/trading entities.

Monitor monthly stock reconciliations, review closing reports, and analyze variance results.

Monitor the Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure accuracy.

Assist in monitoring inventory movements and analyzing stock discrepancies.

Prepare stock variance reports and oversee the stock count team.

Ensure SST/SSB daily/weekly/monthly computations are correctly performed, reconciled, and payments are made on time.

Assist in preparing budgets related to manufacturing and trading costs.

Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as requested by the superior.



REQUIREMENTS:

Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Cost Accounting.

Minimum of 1–3 years of working experience in the Cost Accounting field.

Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

Fast learner with a strong eagerness to learn.
