Tasks;
-NPI material planning/ coordination with project team in order to meet project timeline
-Mass production material planning (Focus on bulk planning)
-Manage inventory control
-Assess material risk and communicate with procurement whenever necessary for supply strategy management
-Perform purchasing data review & approval before setup to SAP for usage
-Issue PO and manage MRB
-Logistic coordination between supplier and internal logistic department
-Forecast generation for supplier material planning

Qualifications;
-Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent field or advance diploma with 5 years relevant field experience.
-1 year contract basis
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS excel
-SAP knowledge is a plus
-Experience in manufacturing industry
-Familiar with MRP planning concept
-Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English
-Mature, a team player, and able to work independently
-Meticulous
