Key Responsibilities
-Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
-Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
-Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
-Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper documentation.
-Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
-Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.
-Perform general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.

Requirements
-Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is preferred.
-Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
