Job Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our e-commerce customers
-Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services
-May need to make phone calls to our customers for further follow-up on their orders and enquiries
-Manage the entire order processing cycle with other departments
-Helping customers in their online buying journey
-Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues


Job Requirements:
-Excellent customer services experience using phone, instant messaging and email
-Must be proficient in both written and verbal English
-Consumer electronics knowledge or experience is a plus
-Must have strong attention to details and customer focus centric
-Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working
-Immediately available preferred
-Fresh graduates will also be considered
-Intermediate/Advance level with Microsoft Excel would be an advantage, but not necessary
-Knowledge of any European language would be an advantage, but not necessary
