DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist manager in executing continuous process improvement plans, delivering solutions to various stakeholders.

Work with all departments to analyze and understand system requirements, cross-departmental processes, etc.

Maintain, monitor and identify enhancement opportunities in company’s ERP system (NetSuite)

Assist in training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

Design and develop reports/dashboards to help management visualize company operations.

Provide proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance.

Perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and risks.

Contribute and document business processes, SOP and methodologies.

Monitor project progress by proactively tracking activity, resolving problems, reporting on progress, and recommending actions

Develop and maintain data analysis in both Oracle Analysis Cloud and Power BI platform.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Computing/Software Engineering/ Information Technology/Data Science/Computer Science and equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in implementation or maintaining of ERP system.

Familiar with coding language such as SQL and other language will be advantage.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Office, Power Point, Power Bi and ERP (NetSuite).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.

Good project management skills.
