Contract Position (Renewable & Convertible)

Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Hybrid Mode basis - Office + WFH

Exposure into Share Service Centre & APAC Region

Responsibilities:

Provide daily financial reporting transaction support, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of work.

Record, review, and analyse accounting transactions, including fixed assets, master data maintenance, and account reconciliations with timely clearing of balances.

Perform analytical reviews of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, including trend analysis and transaction checks.

Prepare and support month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and statutory financial reporting, including group reporting, management reports, audit schedules, and tax schedules.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve financial reporting issues in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in cross-functional working groups and contribute subject-matter expertise to projects and improvements.

Provide backup support and perform additional duties as assigned when required.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent

Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/financial reporting (open to strong junior profiles)

Fluent in Mandarin (to support China market)

Experience in Shared Services / MNC environment is an advantage

Familiar with SAP system

Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent communication skills in English.
