ob Responsibilities
-Fully responsible for production planning, shop-floor management and quality control of framed mirror, furniture, home décor, and picture frame factory
-Lead a team of 30–100 workers to improve productivity, reduce defect rate and material waste
-Master the complete process: woodworking, painting, assembly, gilding, packing, framing & mounting
-Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing and ISO9001 systems
-Communicate with China HQ/customers, report production progress and handle exceptions
-Optimize production line layout and fixtures to increase output per worker

Requirements
-At least 5 years production management experience in furniture, home décor, or picture frame industry
-Previous experience as Production Supervisor/Factory Manager in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia or China is highly preferred
-Familiar with solid wood, plywood, MDF, PS foam, metal, resin materials and processes
-Proficient in Excel for reports; daily communication in Mandarin is fine, basic English required
-Proven leadership of 50+ workers, hardworking and able to work overtime when needed
-Fluent in Mandarin ,English, Malay langurage in Speaking and writing.
