Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production and operational tasks as instructed by the supervisor
• Support machine operators in handling materials, components, and finished goods
• Load and unload materials, products, or equipment as required
• Perform basic machine operation, set-up, or monitoring when needed
• Handle packing, labelling, sorting, and inspection of products
• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times (5S)
• Report any machine issues, defects, or safety risks to the supervisor
• Assist in inventory checking and material movement within the department
• Follow workplace safety, quality, and SOP guidelines strictly
• Support overtime or shift work when required

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior experience in factory / production / warehouse / operator role is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if needed
• Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, responsible, and disciplined
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety is an added advantage
