Responsibilities :
· Manage and coordinate billing for patients
· Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility
· Focus on patient data accuracy and information security
· Assisting senior billing with audits, coding and claim submission
· Verified patient information and payments, following up with collections and refund procedures when necessary
· Properly follow up on phone calls/emails / other methods to actively communicate with customers on payments
· Participate in regular checking, review and reconciliation of billing to ensure validity of account reporting
· Answering questions and addressing complaints
· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
· Arrange transportation for guests
· Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
