Responsibilities:

· To assist the Team Lead in carrying out operations for Inbound and outbound shipments

· Shipping document preparation for Supplier Management and shipping requirements to US and other part of the world.

· To plan, organize and communicate to carry out daily tasks.

· Enhance Customer/Vendor relationships and meet organizational goals.

· To carry out daily administrative work and liaise with others department

· To report any irregularities to Team Lead from time to time.

· To perform any other duties as directed by Team Lead from time to time.



Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

· At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Ocean freight operations

· Excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skill care required

· Good command of written and spoken in English & local language and possesses a pleasant and courteous personality.

· Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-tasks

· Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and highly motivated.
