Job Description

Job Description
-Prepare monthly branch sales data for manager meetings and other assistance as requested.
-Provide administrative supports to sales: statement of account, dealer name cards, etc.
-Prepare all sales campaign report.
-Prepare Daily sales report& sales data analyse, salesman annual meeting when required.
-Prepare monthly dealers project sales by models report.
-Prepare weekly invoice sales summary report.
-Prepare monthly stock valuation submit.
-Compile competitor market feedback to sales planning.
-Prepare monthly opened sales order reports.
-Handle incoming calls and dealers/ subcom/ customer enquiries.
-Issuance Purchase Order: signboards, vehicle spraying or other related marketing issues.
-Issuance Purchase Orders to supplier invoice & submission all the suppliers’ invoices.
-Submission of office utility (phone electricity water petrol &Indah water).
-Company business licence to head office for timely payments.
-Update daily &monthly staff attendance/MC/late/EL &AL reports.
-Checking on non-executive staff overtime claims.
-Other staff welfare (uniforms, safety shoes, liaise with HQ for training staff .
-Welfare of technicians (safety concern).
-Perform ad-hoc duties.

Qualification:
-Degree in Business & Administration

Skills & Knowledge:
-Microsoft Excel and Word
-SAP System well verse within sales admin level
-Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage

Competencies:
-All reports submission within timely deadline.
-Ensuring all reports 100% accuracy and no repetition work.
