Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
-Translate company strategy into clear operational goals, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
-Monitor performance using KPIs, identify gaps, and implement process improvement initiatives.
-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.
-Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams with a strong accountability culture.
-Work closely with the Operation GM and cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Logistic) to align operations with business objectives.
-Prepare and present operational reports, performance updates, and improvement plans to management.

Key Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.

Essential Knowledge & Skills
-Strong background in managing daily business operation functions and maintaining customer relationships.
-Proven experience in production or manufacturing operations.
-Excellent leadership, people management, and team motivation skills.
-Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities in production environments.
