What you'll be doing
-Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organising meetings and events
-Serve as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, directing calls and managing client communications
-Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and follow up with potential clients
-Maintain detailed records and databases of client information
-Assist with various office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and general office management

What we're looking for
-Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Telemarketer, preferably in a similar industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively
-Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have experience using CRM software
-Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
