Responsibilities
-Responsible for Industrial Relation activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices.
-Develop and update, enforce and align HR policies in line with market practice.
-Handling payroll for the month and ensure full compliance with statutory deduction and contribution.
-Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies, induction & orientation programs, appraisal & evaluation systems, reward and discipline system, job scope and responsibilities, etc.
-Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counseling.
-Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling.
-Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
-To assist / handle in organizing company events.
-To responsible for office upkeep and facilities, general administration and etc.
-To perform ad hoc, duties related to HR function also other duties assigned by Company.
-To update from time to time new SOP related to government matter / issues.
