What You’ll Do:
Support and grow an established territory of hospitality and foodservice customers.

Manage and grow sales assigned customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and staff training at customer sites.

Advise clients on food safety and sanitation best practices.

Perform light installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cleaning systems (services)

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Maintain service records and complete accurate reports.

Job Requirement:
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or grocery industries

Willing to travel regularly across Klang Valley

Valid Malaysian driver’s license

Ability to handle emergency service calls outside of regular hours

Preferred:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

2+ years’ experience in hospitality or foodservice

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Results-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently

Basic mechanical aptitude (installation & repair experience is a bonus!)
