Role and Responsibilities
-Drive sales and market expansion initiatives across both domestic and international territories.
-Collaborate with the team to identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic agents and distributors in targeted regions.
-Conduct comprehensive sales and business performance analysis for key and high-value accounts.
-Prepare and present monthly performance reports for assigned customer portfolios.
-Perform detailed market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Job Success Requirements
-A recognised degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
-Prior exposure to sales administration, customer engagement, shipping documentation, and report preparation is highly desirable.
-Demonstrated reliability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is an added advantage.
-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development activities.
