What you'll be doing
-Handling general office duties such as filing, document management, and data entry
-Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
-Providing support for events, projects and initiatives as needed
-Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes

What we're looking for
-At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
-Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
-A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
