Key Responsibilities
-Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Administer payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
-Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
-Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
-Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
-Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company regulations.
-Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management.
-Assist in other HR and administrative functions as assigned.


Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in HR functions.
-Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
-Experience in handling foreign worker matters (permit, hostel, payroll) will be considered a benefit.
