Responsibilities:

Human Resources

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.

Manage employee matters including leave, payroll, benefits, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the region.

Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Administration & Office Operations

Manage daily administrative tasks such as correspondence, records, and documentation.

Coordinate office facilities, vendor relationships, and support services.

Provide administrative support for internal projects and company activities.

Finance Support

Handle invoicing, payment tracking, sales updates, and expense monitoring to support financial operations.



Requirements:

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Diploma or Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 1 year of HR experience

Able to balance multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
