What You'll Be Doing

Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Accurately tracking and reporting sales performance metrics to management

Mentoring junior sales team members and sharing best practices

What We're Looking For

Proven success in a senior sales role, ideally within the FMCG or related industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinking with the ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities

Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools to enhance productivity

Self-motivated, with leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and in a team

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
