Job Description

Perform receiving of stocks, packaging materials and consumables that matches the order in good condition. Non compliance goods should be rejected and segregated from the good stocks

Move inventory and materials across facilities and process inventory for delivery

Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location including salvage stocks and returns

Package items and label correctly

Scan delivered items and ensure quality

Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

Stack and organize large bulk items

Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location

Update logs and documentation for inventory processing

Operate heavy machinery like forklifts, reach truck or power pallet truck to move or store inventory

Ensure that MHE properly maintained and to report to Maintenance/Management whenever there is a breakdown.

Maintains a good housekeeping of warehouse and equipment as well as zero accident rates

Work as an active team member to complete team goals

Prepare documentation and inventory for audits

Job Requirements

SPM, STPM or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.

License or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed.

Able to pass drug and health tests/background checks.

Able to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with WMS software, and able to upload data into the company system using scanners.
