Responsibilities
-Perform full spectrum of Human Resource duties such as payroll processing, compensations and benefits, employee relations and recruitment.
-Administer and liaise with government bodies on all statutory matters.
-Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to both legal requirements and HR practice.
-Attend to employees’ disciplinary issues, grievances and complaints.
-Monitor and liaise with contractors/vendors on the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, stationaries and other facilities.
-Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Psychology or equivalent.
-Preferably 2 years relevant working experience in Human Resources but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
-Sound knowledge of Employment Act and statutory regulations.
-Hands on experience in HR/Payroll software would be added advantage, preferably in HR 2000 software.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact and engage staff at all levels.
-Possess high degree of confidentiality to uphold private and confidential information.
