Responsibilities:

IT
-Develop and customize ERP modules to improve business workflow.
-Continuously optimize system efficiency and security.
-Maintain and manage the company’s database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
-Oversee company IT networks, hardware, and cybersecurity policies.
-Provide technical support for users and IT-related issues within the company.
-Undertake additional IT-related projects as required.

Customer Relations
-Closed deal customer support: Communicate with customers by providing regular Project delivery updates and reviewing customers documents for their Solar System application.
-Post-Sales Customer Support: Provide timely and empathetic support for customer complaints, working closely with the team to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
-Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience in software development
-Knowledge of IT networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
-Experience in API integration.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Proactive, independent, and willing to learn.
-Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors.
