Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the UI, interaction design, and visual aspects of live-streaming social products, including UI interfaces, badge icons, promotional H5 pages, posters, banners, etc. Also involved in user experience research, producing designs using a full-chain design mindset, and optimizing product interaction flows and visual hierarchy;
2. Proficient in using AIGC tools to improve product design efficiency and quality;
3. Participate in product discussions, quickly understand design requirements, output complete design solutions as required, and refine the interaction flow from details to optimize product experience and enhance product quality;
4. Work closely with the product and technology teams to implement requirements. Responsibilities include: tracking and implementing the product's online performance to ensure maximum design fidelity; continuously optimizing the user interface to support product goals;


Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of UI/visual design experience, with preference given to candidates from live streaming/social media related industries;
2. Strong ability to handle elements such as layout, color, and information hierarchy; solid design foundation and excellent aesthetic sense;
3. Focus on user experience; thorough understanding of interaction design theory; ability to quickly analyze project team feedback and propose reasonable and feasible visual layer solutions;
4. Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, and Sketch; experience with motion graphics and hand-drawing is a plus.
