Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment solutions.- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement- Handle day-to-day employee issues, grievances, and inquiries professionally.- Support HR Manager in developing engagement activities, communication plans, and retention strategies.- Promote a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company values.

3. HR Operations & Compliance- Manage employee life cycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits).- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data.- Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR standards.

4. Performance Management- Assist in the planning and execution of performance appraisal cycles.- Guide employees and managers on performance management processes and timelines.- Track performance reviews and follow up on action plans.

5. Compensation & Benefits- Support payroll administration and ensure timely submission of relevant data (attendance, claims, overtime, etc.).- Assist in reviewing and administering employee benefits and compensation programs.- Coordinate with vendors on insurance, medical, and other HR-related services
