Responsibilities
-Safely operate hotel shuttle buses to transport guests between the hotel, facilities, and designated locations.
-Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to the hotel’s transportation schedule.
-Assist guests with boarding, luggage handling, and ensuring their comfort during the journey.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bus interior and exterior at all times.
-Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including fuel level, brakes, lights, and overall roadworthiness.
-Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.
-Follow all road safety regulations, hotel policies, and traffic rules.
-Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs when required.
-Provide friendly customer service and assist guests with directions or inquiries.
-Support hotel events, VIP arrangements, or ad-hoc duties related to transportation as assigned.

Job Requirements:
-Possess a valid PSV bus driving license (Class E / relevant commercial license as required).
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience driving buses, vans, or shuttle vehicles.
-Good driving record with no major traffic violations.
-Familiar with Johor, Forest City, and surrounding routes (advantageous).
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-Physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage when needed.
-Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
-Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain a high level of safety awareness.
-Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks.
-Professional appearance and well-groomed at all times.
