Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute social media content calendars (FB, IG, TikTok)
• Brief creative assets and copy for designers and media agency
• Write captions, campaign copy, and assist in product listing text
• Coordinate UGC/KOL/influencer content into planned campaigns
• Track performance metrics and engagement, report biweekly
• Support in ideating seasonal and always-on content themes

E-commerce, Sales & Product Marketing:
• Help write or edit product descriptions for Shopee, Lazada & Shopify
• Prepare marketing visuals and keywords for online listings
• Work with the designer and sales team for new launch rollouts
• Ensure timely supply of marketing materials for retail and sales support

Campaign & Event Support:
• Support planning of exhibitions, trade shows, and on-ground activations.
• Assist with booth setup, inventory preparation, and logistic checklists.
• Act as ground support during events as needed.
• Coordinate monthly brand campaigns (e.g. 8.8, CNY, pet expos)
• Assist in preparing POSM lists, booth visuals, promo mechanics

Administrative & Internal Coordination:
• Track post-performance, traffic, and engagement metrics
• Update campaign trackers and post-event reports
• Handle quotation/PO follow-up for social media, printing, etc.

Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Business or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, admin, or event roles.
• Familiar with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Basic understanding of online platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify
• Comfortable working with creatives, vendors, and multiple brand priorities
• Bonus: Experience in FMCG, pet care, hygiene, or beauty industries
