Job Description
-To handle staff recruitment which includes advertising, screening, assessment, orientating candidates.
-Maintain and update personnel files & employee master data
-Assists department heads to monitor KPI performance, coordinate staff traning & coaching programs
-Handle disciplinary matters, staff counseling, grievance management, and employee relations in compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and Industrial Act.
-Lead initiative that aims to strengthen recruitment, retention & staff performance
-To perform other ad-hoc works assigned

Job Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum w years of working experience (retail / automotive / service industry preferred)
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
-Able to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems effectively.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
-High confidentiality, integrity & fairness in decision-making
