Job Responsibilities:
-Learning of hiring process (Eg. Screen resumes and schedule for the confirm interviews with candidates), orientation procedure and HR planning
-To prepare HR administration works including verify and manage monthly claim report, leave system, prepare letters, and manage inventory listing.
-Prepare HR-related reports as needed
-Training and development management
-Employee engagement (Eg. Address employee queries about benefits and assist on company events)
-Participate in organizing company events and careers fair.
-Manage the HR filling system
-Perform data entry and information record accuracy
-Support respective department when necessary.

Job Requirement:
-Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-2 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 - 6 month(s).
-Required skill(s): MS Office.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Preferred language(s): Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
-Malaysian only.
