Key Responsibilities:
-Perform monthly closing and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
-Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
-Monitor and analyze financial performance vs. budget and forecast.
· Performs monthly account reconciliation and balance review submission.
-Identify trends, variances, and potential financial risks/opportunities.
-Assist in tax matters, including checking and reconciliation for all taxes.
-Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.
-Assist in cash flow management to ensure liquidity and optimal fund utilization.
-Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
-Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory regulations.
-Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and other regulators.
-Lead and mentor a team of accounting personnels.
-Ensure achievement of JDKPI by the finance team.

Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and/or Professional qualification.
-Around 5 years of similar experience and role.
-Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office.
-Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Familiarity with digital finance tools, automation, or data analytics.
-Exposure to regional or multinational operations is a plus.
-Must be willing to travel overseas frequently
