RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
-Perform general administrative and office support tasks
-Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence
-Perform general HR activities such as recruitment support
-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
-Prepare basic HR documents (letters, confirmations, etc.)
-Assist with attendance and leave records
-Understand and follow the Employee Act 1955 & liaise with government, such as JTK, JKKP and Immigration
-Handle various permit, license, and pass renewals
-Liaise with relevant authorities for submissions and follow-ups
-Ensure permits and employee documents are valid and up to date
-Evaluate employee performance yearly, during confirmation, increment and promotion.
-To act on any other responsibilities and duties as may be directed from time to time.
