Job Descriptions: -
-Ensure staff follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink.
-Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
-Responsible for monitoring stock balance, product freshness, ensure products are within expiry dates, and assist with stock ordering.
-Properly handle, clean, and maintain all machines and equipment in good working condition.
-Serve customer politely, professionally, and with respect at all times.
-Handle customer inquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
-Accurately perform all cashier transactions and may be required to handle daily bank-in in accordance with company procedures.
-Oversee and supervise outlet operations.
-Assist in staff management, including duty roster arrangement, recruitment, and training of new staff.
-Support and supervise all promotion-related activities.
-Other duties as assigned by manager.

Work Requirements: -
-Open to all Malaysian aged 18 and above.
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
-Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong people-management and team-coaching skills
-Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant will be preferred.
-Possess valid Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).
