Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Ensure sales and collection targets are achieved.
• Responsible for the preparation of sales and marketing budgets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of advertising, promotion (A&P), and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all sales-related records and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to adapt and maintain a competitive edge
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG and/or food service industry.
• Knowledge of online sales and digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialects is required (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).
• Self-motivated, independent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must possess own vehicle and a valid driving license.
