Key Responsibilities:
· Familiar with export, import flow and procedures, and TP trade (added advantage).
· Handle the full set of import and export documentation for sea, air, and land shipments.
· Coordinate closely with overseas agents, customers (shippers/consignees), shipping lines, co-loaders, truckers, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
· Prepare and verify Shipping Instructions (SI), Bill of Lading, invoices, and other shipping documents accurately.
· Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers or overseas agent on progress or exceptions.
· Oversee document approval, customs clearance, and trucking arrangements, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.
· Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.
· Coordinate with service providers for container pickup, stuffing, and shipment loading to meet CY/CFS cut-offs.
· Issue Invoices or Debit Notes to customers or overseas agent in accordance with confirmed quotations.
· Support internal teams with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
· Familiarity with AMS, ISF, ACI, ICS2 filing processes is an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
· Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
· Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
· Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics/forwarding systems.
· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
