What You Will Do

• Develop and grow new B2B logistics customers (freight forwarding & supply chain solutions)
• Meet clients, understand their needs, and present suitable logistics solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure long-term partnerships
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely payments
• Coordinate with Operations & Finance teams to support customer needs
• Attend networking, team building, and industry events
• Conduct cold calls (database/list provided)
• Prepare weekly sales performance and cold-call reports

Requirements

• Experience in logistics sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, International Trade, or related fields is an added advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Strong customer understanding with a consultative sales approach
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent in building pipelines
