Roles & Responsibilities
-Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
-Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
-Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
-Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.  
-Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features and checks customer’s buying history. 
-Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order. 
-Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets.
-Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Requirement of the role:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent.
-Preferred knowledge and experience in Sales / Telesales.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to perform basic computer skills
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Knowledge of IT industry and solutions - hardware, software and services is an added advantage.
-Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
-Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
