Key Responsibilities
-Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
-Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, welcoming resort environment
-Handle guest inquiries, feedback, complaints, and concerns in a calm and solution-oriented manner
-Coordinate closely with housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness and clearance
-Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized front desk and guest areas
-Provide accurate information on resort facilities, promotions, room rates, and policies
-Assist with booking and coordinating resort activities (e.g. horse riding, family activities, recreational programs)
-Support daily operations through multi-tasking and coordination in a busy hospitality setting
-Ensure up-to-date knowledge of resort services, activities, and seasonal promotions

-Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
-Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, guest services, or resort operations is an advantage
